Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

We recommend this apartment for a family that wants to enjoy a garden directly on the lake, it is necessary to cross the road! ! The apartment consists of a large living room with dining area with kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with access to the terrace covered with a wisteria pergola, bathroom with shower, closet with washing machine, double bedroom and extra bedroom with bunk bed and one sigle bed. The first supply of sheets and towels for all guests is included and free. We are happy
