The Boho-Chic Oasis, Centric Apartment & Carpark

Natural wood and concrete materials combine to create modern and stylish spaces throughout this home. Admire the vibrant plant life and bold patterns accenting each room from the open living area to the sunny private balcony outside. This 'oasis' is a very unique space. A lightfull big livingroom with an open kitchen connected to a generous terrace. Out in the terrace, you can enjoy the open views to a very big garden with old pines and high palm trees. The three rooms are very large and cozy. One of them with a direct connection to the terrace. The wide confortable bathroom has an african style decoration and, so the rest of the house, natural materials like wood and concrete. The neighborhood is calm but also located by the heart of Málaga. You can reach main monuments and historical area in a short walk. You can contact me by the application or via whatsapp, text message or a phonecall. The home is in a calm neighborhood in the central part of the city. From here, it's easy walking distance to Málaga's iconic monuments and historic locations. For tasty restaurants, fun shops, and lively bars, explore the streets and the harbor. The apartment is very well located. Its very easy to arrive the touristic area walking but there are also 2 bus lines crossing the street in front of the building (line 1 ane line C1). In the surounding area there are many services, a big supermarket and a very beautiful tipical market (Mercado de Salamanca).

Moderno apartamento con amplia terraza a solo 10 minutos de calle Larios, la playa de Huelin y el puerto de Málaga. El edificio en la azotea incluye piscina, barbacoa y áreas donde tomar el sol. Está ubicado muy cerca de las zonas comerciales más importantes del centro, justo a 400 metros de la estación María Zambrano y con fácil acceso al aeropuerto de Málaga. Además de su privilegiada ubicación, el diseño elegante y sus altas calidades lo convierten en una gran opción para disfrutar la ciudad.

The Black Rose Rooftop Malaga City Center

The Black Rose Rooftop is a bright cosy studio flat just on the edge of the old town, close to all main attractions of the city e.g. 2 min to Picasso's birthplace, Teatro de Cervantes and Plaza Merced where you will find all kinds of restaurants and bars. However, when you come back to the Black Rose you leave all the buzz behind and hardly realize that you are located in the city center, especially when you chill out on the terrace with amazing views and a very comfortable chill out corner.

Sea front studio with spacious balcony Santa Clara

Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. Our apartment has direct access to the beach (lift) and upstairs to the city center (lift) of Torremolinos.

House Technology Park, luxury for you!

Modern townhouse with magnificent interior design and rustic touch, dotted with beautiful details. Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))

Decorado con todo lujo de detalles y equipado completamente para que tu estancia sea confortable y única. Muy luminoso y soleado, con unas increíbles vistas al parque acuático y a la Sierra . Parque acuático gratuíto para los huéspedes abierto sólo en verano. Piscina pequeña abierta también en invierno.
