Fully serviced boutique apartment - professional 30 min daily cleaning included monday through saturday. The apartment is renovated and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the city centre next to the Contemporary Art Museum, only a few minutes walking to La Rambla and Plaça Catalunya! Feel at home while enjoying hotel services like daily cleaning. The apartment has been decorated with a lot of taste and character. In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. There is also satellite tv. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building. Clients have access to free wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, dishwasher, laundry machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.

Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

The area surrounding the apartment: In the more residential part of town, known as the Eixample, the Irles is a great choice for anyone's visit to Barcelona.. this area is Barcelona´s 19th, Close to some of the nicer and grander streets of Barcelona there is lots of atmosphere and energy as there are many cafes, restaurants and clubs not very far from at all..also nearby is the gay area, known as the "Gaixample"
