L'appartamento è un monolocale ampio con bagni, ci siamo trovati molto bene secondo le nostre esigenze. L'host sempre reattivo sulla chat. Il quartiere è tranquillo, dormito molto bene letti comodi.

Tres bel appartement, tres bien aménagé et a 10 mn a pied du centre ville. Nous y avons passė une semaine très agreable et nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous . Tres belles balades a faire dans les environs si vous louez une voiture.En cas de questions ou problèmes, Johan habite à côté ce qui est pratique...je recommande!

Petter’s apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a cozy & comfortable stay. Nevertheless, the bathroom and kitchen were a bit small, it was functional for us. The apartment was small but nice. The location was a significant advantage, as it was within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore the area. It’s very quiet and peaceful neighborhood to stay. Petter is friendly, prompt, responsive and a nice host. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Umeå. We highly recommend Petter’s place for visit to Umeå.

Ren och mycket fin och trivsam lägenhet. Härligt med terrassen. Siw svarade snabbt och var vänlig och hjälpsam. Vacker omgivning med gångstigar, elljusspår och en fin park i närheten. Roligt för barn med en äventyrspark. Nära till Coop. Lite långt in till Centrum om man inte har bil, men nära till busshållplats och bra bussförbindelser.

I had an amazing stay in Bride's flat. The flat was fully equipped with essentials and more (towels, soap, toilet paper, oil, vinegar, huge selection of spices, coffee etc.). There was even a basket with a selection of drinks and snacks when I arrived. Bride was a wonderful host and always answered very quickly before and during my stay (e.g., when I had questions regarding waste separation in Sweden or whether there is detergent available for the washing machine (yes, there is ;D)). The view from the flat is stunning: In winter, you look on the frozen river with typical red Swedish houses on the other side. I saw deer on the river several times. You have a great view towards the city. The location of the flat was great for me. I arrived in Umeå by train and it's only a 5 min walk from the train station Umeå Östra. The University Hospital and University are only 10-15 min away and the city center 25 min (but there are 4 bus lines going there as well). I fully recommend to stay there!

Ogromny dom w pełni wyposażony . Pokoje w sam raz , łazienki ładne i czyste. Jedynie co to przydałaby się szafa w każdym pokoju . Pobyt oceniam na 5+

We had a comfortable stay, we stayed for one night. The house is clean, kitchen is well equipped, hosts are responsive and helpful. The location is beautiful and serene. Overall, a 5 star review from our side.

Hyvä parkkipaikka, helppo yhteys julkisella keskustaan. Ainoa mitä jäimme kaipaamaan oli kahvinkeitin sekä vedenkeitin.

Logement impeccable, rien à dire. Il y a de l’espace pour 10 voyageurs largement, ce qui rend le voyage très agréable! La cuisine est très bien équipée et est de qualité. Frederik est extrêmement réactif et flexible, ce qui est vraiment agréable et rassurant quand on organise un tel voyage au nord de la Suède. Je ne peux que conseiller d’y venir y séjourner!

Siisti, tilava, hyvin varusteltu ja täysin kuvauksen mukainen kohde. Majoitumme kohteeseen ryhmällä, mihin kuului 9 aikuista. Kaikki pitivät kohteesta. Majoittaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti, sekä varmisti varauksen aikana kaiken sujuvan hyvin. Vahva suositus tälle, mikäli etsit siistä ja tilavaa omakotitaloa rauhalliselta alueelta Uumajan keskustan lähettyviltä.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und alles funktioniert. Die Umgebung ist grün und sehr ruhig. In die Stadt kommt man z.B. mit dem Fahrrad und es gibt fast überall gute Fahrradwege.

Johanna är en mycket trevlig och kommunikativ värd med ett trevlig och positivt bemötande. Boende bokades med kort varsel och värdparet var mycket tillmötesgående och informativa. Vi ger vår varmaste rekommendationer.

I stayed in Umeå for work for 10 days, and I couldn’t have found a better place than Asa’s house for my stay. It’s very spacious and perfectly central—close to shops, bus stops, and many restaurants, all within walking distance. Asa was very kind and always quick to respond to my questions. The apartment is magnificent! Hope I can go there again when coming to Umea next time!
