This solar powered home of earth friendly design is 15 mins drive from Wanaka. Set on 20 acres this is a private peaceful property with stunning mountain views, rustic charm and modern facilities. Accommodates 6 people in total - 2 bedrooms, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Free Wifi. This is a strictly No Smoking Property. Please Note that although we have a kitchenette it is not a full kitchen for cooking evening meals, there is no laundry. We provide tea, coffee & milk but not breakfast.

You enter via a large laundry/mud room, into the passage & bathroom area. The entire downstairs has underfloor heating, with all new fixtures & fittings. This is the perfect winter hide out for a skiing vacation with 3 fabulous ski fields all within 30min drive. Due to the stairs, we do not allow bookings with kids - sorry

Apartment Westlands

Relax and unwind in our spacious garden apartment. Peaceful and private, set in a mature garden, just a 5 minute drive to Wanaka town centre. The apartment is within the boundary of the main house however is completely stand alone and has it's own entrance. NOTE: There are steps to access apartment NO COOKING FACILITIES IN ROOM. NOTE: To gain access to the property thru gate, you need to be able to receive SMS messages and call within NZ Tea ,coffee making facilities only.

Clean & tidy & sheets are by laundry service so always fresh. Not all Airbnb’s are equal and my reviews let you know everything.

Modern Stay in Cromwell - self check in

We recently built this 1 bedroom apartment above our garage. You will have the place completely to yourself, including a separate lounge area and bathroom. Both the lounge and bedroom have a heat pump to keep you cozy in Winter and cool in Summer. Unlimited Wifi is also included. This is a great location, only a 20min walk into town via greenway. Please note the stairs are located in the garage and are a bit steep. We will not use the garage while you are staying with us for complete privacy.
