Had a great stay with some lovely walks down to the river, the hot tub was a hit.

Peter and his wife made us extremely welcome. The room was beautifully appointed and the outside sitting area a wee gem.

Our stay at Mei's place was great. Very comfortable and cosy and has everything you need, with a fully equipped kitchen. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids, and felt quite comfortable. The accommodation was exactly as shown and nice and clean. The wifi was good which was really helpful for work purposes. We also really enjoyed the fire pit. Would definitely recommend it.

Incredible view out our window in the morning, cosy cottage, comfy bed and everything we needed for a breakfast. Photos don’t do the view justice. Jeremy was a great host. This is a cabin type experience. We stayed in the winter and used the cottage as a home base for skiing and other activities which was great. Quick ride over to Arrowtown and Queenstown but far away enough to feel private and peaceful. Some important points regarding previous reviews I read about the place being “cold”…the ground floor is all slate stone…as Jeremy recommended, just bring some sandals or slippers to wear around. There is a large heat pump, a lovely pot belly stove, and space heaters and all the beds have blanket heaters which we actually didn’t use because they were too hot…so it’s easy to stay warm and the view and coziness are well worth it, but if you’re expecting a thermostat in a hotel room that you set and leave…this wouldn’t be the place for you. We loved our stay and the host was very responsive.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. Unlike other airbnbs, this home is particularly well-appointed with high quality knives, pots and pans, utensils, and so on. The host was highly responsive to our needs and communicated well. Highly recommend!

A beautiful and peaceful stay! Loved the slow mornings and waking up surrounded by nature. The home also had all the little touches that made it a luxe stay. Our bub really enjoyed seeing the animals around the property too. Thank you Rhiannon for the lovely stay - would absolutely come back again!

A great location just a couple minutes outside the town centre that was perfect for relaxing in the peace and quiet. We had a few lovely evenings with the fire on, a glass of wine and something on the TV. Brendon and Sharon were the friendliest and most helpful hosts that we’ve met! If we were ever passing Wānaka again, we would stay in a heartbeat.
