Welcome to Ishpeming ("in the sky"), a beautiful private lakefront cottage located on Manitoulin - the largest freshwater island in the world. This relaxing four season vacation home has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and an elevated west-facing patio deck offering spectacular views of Lake Mindemoya - a small inland lake. The open concept living and dining room with stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings and expansive windows are perfect for preparing and sharing meals and making lasting memories.

#GBJ-0003 Come stay on a beautiful acreage (65 acres) beside our stone house set on a hill overlooking a lake on one side and hills of maple, white pines and limestone cliffs on the other. The cozy 1 bedroom sleep cabin with a hot tub, its own bathroom and kitchenette accommodate our airbnb guests. We have gardens, apple trees, chickens, maple forest we tap, the lake for you to swim and play in with canoes and a sauna, as well as trails to walk in to enjoy nature and the abundant wildlife.

Camp Mary Anne - The Boathouse

With regards to COVID19, we're are employing a thorough cleaning practice, keeping everyone's safety in mind. This stunning, brand new, and fully furnished you will be hard-pressed to find anything of this caliber on Manitoulin Island. The boathouse features vaulted ceilings and high end amenities. You literally cannot get any closer to the water - you are overhanging it! Worth Noting: The wifi is not strong here. We keep it for out-of-country guests who do not have their own plan.

COUNTRY CABIN

This all repurposed bunkie is in a picturesque setting on Manitoulin island. It has a large deck to enjoy the day . 230sq ft living space inside. It offers a queen size bed for our guest to find comfort and rest , along with a futon ; this cabin has a wonderful rustic feel. The cabin is framed with a beautiful wood finish with select antiques as decorations. This humble cabin is off the grid; it has solar lights. The washroom is a compostable outhouse. We have fire wood for purchase.
