Modern Apartment in Historic Building

Rose39 is a trendy and romantic loft apartment with one double bed. It is a perfect choice for couples. Find yourselves in this neoclassical building built in XIX century and snuggle up in a cozy mezzanine bedroom. The space is sparkling bright, modern, designed in white with decor of map art, quirky vintage phone and monochrome geometric tiles blend with pops of sunny yellow for a chic contemporary look. The authentic courtyard is the perfect place to have a bottle of rosé in a fresh summer night. The apartment is located 10 mins walk between the famous party quarter and Heroes square. The house was designed by Károly Hild, one of the greatest architects of the 19th century and built in 1867 on behalf of a wealthy card manufacturer. However, some architectural blunders from the communist times can still be discovered on the building. The house has an internal staircase that leads to the first floor where the apartment is located. You can enjoy the interior courtyard while sitting in the hallway at a table and having a drink. If you look out from the terrace of the apartment, the Danube embankment is on the left, and the boat station is a 3-minute walk away. All historical and cultural attractions are within walking distance.A perfect starting point for exploring Pest or Buda, no need for public transport. .
