This exquisite apartment is located at Valaoritou street in Agia Paraskevi, one of the most beautiful areas of the southern suburbs of Athens that has a lot of green areas, quietness and safety. Its privileged position offers easy access to Attica Tollway (only 800 m away from junction Y3) and a convenient parking space. When you open the main French window of the living room, you step out in a beautifully organized paved area with lawn and tall trees that offer complete privacy. In the garden, there is a table that can accommodate ten (10) persons, inviting you to enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner with the company of friends any time of the day, with a view to the lush garden.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary.
