Two-story house in North Evia

The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

Within the settlement of the picturesque village of Thrapsimiou in the prefecture of Karditsa, approximately 30 kilometers from Karditsa, 8 kilometers from the Smokovo Baths and 10 kilometers from Lake Smokovo. At an altitude of 600 meters, with an unlimited view of the Thessalian plain to the top of Olympus. Within a private area of ​​4.5 acres,with private access, it offers moments of relaxation and contact with nature. The house extends over two levels and can comfortably host up to 5 people.

Tucked away in a private 4,000 m² olive grove with views of Skopelos town and the Aegean Sea, Apomero Cottage offers peaceful seclusion just a 15-minute walk from town. Once used during olive harvest season, the cottage blends traditional Greek island architecture with modern comfort. It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. An organic vegetable garden is also a plus.

Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Έλατα, πλατάνια και βελανιδιές αποτελούν το σκηνικό της περιοχής και τη θέα του σπιτιού. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 50 μέτρα έξω από το γραφικό χωριό Καμπιά το οποίο είναι χτισμένο στην πλαγιά της ρεματιάς. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για όσους αγαπούν τη φύση, το βουνό κι αναζητούν την ηρεμία και τη χαλάρωση.
