Vibrant restaurants and boutiques are a stroll away. The best way to visit Venice is walking. The apartment is perfectly located walking distance everything you can possibly need. If you get tired of walking you can opt to take the “Vaporetto” (water bus, the closest stop is “Toma”, a couple of minutes walk from the apartment) or to be picked up and dropped off by water taxi at the apartment’s door steps (call +39 041 8847232). Water taxi can be expensive (a ride from Venice Marco Polo Airport can easily set you back 120 euros or more), but because water taxis hold more passengers than a land taxi does, the cost per person isn't too bad if you can split the fare with friends or a small group.

L'appartamento e' situato al piano terra di una casa in stile liberty costruita agli inizi del 900, privo di barriere architettoniche con bagno adatto anche a persone in sedia a rotelle. La palazzina e' stata completamente ristrutturata rispettando le caratteristiche del tempo e divisa in 6 appartamenti per un totale di 18 posti letto. L'arredamento tutto nuovo e in stile vintage mantiene intatto il sapore un po' retro' della casa rendendo ogni spazio particolare e unico.
