Bright quiet studio in Hong Kong Central district

Hi, I have a bright open view studio flat. It's in one of the last places in Central that still has small shops and street markets. I'm on the 4th floor of a low rise, walk up building (no lift nor elevator!). I believe in great sleep so I've got a queen size bed with a proper matress ( and an extra futon style sofa bed) and I believe in a great shower, so hot water and enough pressure (the bathroom is tiny so the toilet and shower are close together) and nice soap and shampoo. The flat has a hot plate and some basic kitchen stuff, a small 3 in 1 breakfast maker, a washing machine, a big desk, a small fridge, a scale so you can weigh your bags, airconditioning and a ceiling fan above the bed (since I don't like aircon when I sleep) It has free high speed Wifi and a small fridge. I think that's it..oh, and I vowed to keep the Ikea level below the 10%. Here's a clip from guests reviews. Peters flat is located in one of the best areas in Central. You have direct access to the pulsating melting pot of Soho with all the delicious restaurants, bars, clubs and Hong Kong's best coffee shop (Hazel&Hershey on Peel Street) is just around the corner. It's a 1 min walk to The Centre building (taxistand!), the escalator, NoHo area. The studio is super-bright, spacious enough for two people, tidy and you will hardly find a better place for a reasonable price like this.

Wanchai cozy 3BR+2Bath for 5 (Heart of HK)

Located in the heart of Wanchai, the fully furnished apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed (bunk) and 1 bunk bed), 2 bathrooms with showers and is equipped with a kitchen and a washing machine. The apartment is about a 5 min walk from the Wan Chai MTR station, and is also close to trams and buses. There are countless restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Pls understand apartments in HK might not be as spacious as those in your home country. Our 3 single beds are bunk beds.

Location, location, location 🙌. Only 1 block to Sai Ying Pun MTR Station and a few minutes walking distance to Tram and Buses. Walking distance to Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park and the public pool. Great for a solo traveller 😁. We are in an 💙older building with 2 elevators. This space is recommended by STRICTLY one guest. Neighborhood offers a range of bars, restaurants and local delights. Near supermarkets, bakeries, laundries, various shops and even McDonalds (just around the block!)

A spacious, cozy, quiet open planned flat (500 sqf) with solid bamboo floors, big modern kitchen with all amenities and a beautiful spacious bathroom with a bath tub. It’s on the 4th floor and the building has elevators/lifts and also a staircase. Tucked away in the pedestrian trendy Sheung Wan District called Po Ho (Po Hing Fong), one of the first British Settlements in Hong Kong, it overlooks Hollywood Road and the Park.

Sublet on Artsy Street near HKU

Full apartment, VERY convenient, Full facilities. There is a queen bed in the bedroom that sleeps two. There is a long couch in the living room that can be used as a bed for one person I have two friendly cats. If you stay at my place you must take care of them. See notes below.
