Puerto Rico PERFECTION! We spent 5 blissful weeks with the most amazing view we have ever seen! Nestled between the mountains and the sea with rainbows, coqui frogs, tropical fruit trees and CHICKENS! Close to everything, but a quiet, private paradise. Well appointed and supplied with anything and everything we wanted or needed. Lynne and Omar are SO MUCH FUN! The fenced in yard was ideal for our fur baby. The house was spacious, airy and oh so comfortable. Sunrise coffee on the upper terrace was our favorite part of the day. Centrally located and the perfect home base for exploring all the beaches, mountains and parks. Fantastic gym just a few minutes away and the adorable town of Ceiba was friendly and full of great restaurants and bars. Close to Fajardo, Luquillo, Naguabo and El Yunqu. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing The best part of this stay was the private terrace — quiet and open, with a beautiful view of the night sky. The apartment is on the third floor (walk-up, no elevator), but that wasn’t a problem for me. Everything was clean and fresh, with a well-stocked kitchen (minus a dishwasher) and thoughtful basics like herbs and condiments — thank you to the host for that! Beds were comfy, and the giant screen in the master/living room was a nice bonus. The place felt open and well-ventilated throughout. Great stay overall — calm, quiet, and exactly what I needed.

La casa de Carlos fué todo lo esperado, desde el momento de llegar, que fué fluido y cómodo para entrar tu carro y bajar tus cosas, te encuentras con una casa limpia y agradable, cada rincón de la casa estaba impecable. La cocina perfectamente equipada para cocinar para una familia grande, una terraza justo al lado de la cocina, donde disfrutamos la vista a la montaña con un café durante la mañana. Los baños espaciosos con toallas limpias y lo necesario para el aseo. Tiene aire en toda la casa ,muy cómodo para el compartir familiar. El área de la piscina espaciosa y limpia con su barbeque de gas ya incluido. La comunicación con Carlos incluso desde antes de reservar fué excelente ,contestando todas mis preguntas, es un anfitrión atento y proactivo. A mi familia les gustó su casa y volveríamos a quedarnos.

The property was amazing and the hosts were very responsive. We stayed at the property for three months. The condo is well furnished, but we had to purchase additional kitchen items since we cooked at the property for our meals. We had some initial issues with the wifi not reaching all rooms in the property, but once we moved the wireless router, we were able to set up two work stations at the property to handle our telecommuting. The closest beach (Los Machos) is a 25 minute walk from the property. We wish that there were grocery stores located close by, but we used the Avis rental (20 minute walk) if we needed a car for grocery shopping or exploring Puerto Rico. We loved the fact that the ferry to Culebra and Vieques is only a few miles away. The rooftop area gives you an amazing view of the surrounding area and the ocean in the distance. With the frequent breezes, it is very pleasant sitting on the roof and enjoying the views.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. His detailed instructions for accessing the gated community and the apartment made check-in seamless, allowing us to settle in quickly. The apartment was clean and provided all the comforts of home, making it an ideal retreat. Both the living room and bedrooms featured air conditioning and fans, ensuring our comfort during warmer days. A highlight of our stay was the balcony and rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed the mountain views and sounds of nature. The community offered excellent recreational facilities, including a nice pool, basketball court, and putting green. We always felt secure arriving at the apartment, thanks to the on-site security and gated access. With several nearby restaurants and easy access to main roads, exploring other municipalities and attractions was a breeze. Overall, our experience was enjoyable, and we would certainly consider staying at this unit again. Thank you, Pedro, for sharing your home with my family and me.

This place was beyond amazing and exceeded my expectations. Place is beautiful with amazing artwork. I would definitely book again and recommend to family and friends.

Casita Heliconia was the perfect place for us to stay. The instructions to get to the home we're very clear. They provide info on the Beautiful surroundings, local shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Owner was super helpful and responsive. We were a party of 12 and fit very comfortably. Plenty of bathrooms and space to get ready. Will definitely return.

Jose's place was perfect. We usually stay on the west side of the island and wanted to explore the east side. It's close to the ports, so we were able to spend a day in Culebra with no issues. It's hard to buy tickets online, so we were able to swing by and buy at the gate in advance. There was a blackout during our stay and Jose reached out right away with instructions to use the generator. The place was clean and well equipped. My son enjoyed the beach equipment and learned how to boogie board. The mattresses were pretty hard, but that seems to be common. Everything was clean and the roof top deck was amazing with a beautiful view. Would definitely stay again.
