Cozy, relaxing home for skiing, hiking, or visiting friends in the area. Newly renovated throughout. Can sleep 14 (or 12 adults) with five queen beds and full over full bunk beds. Close to city center and conveniently located near restaurants, I-15 Freeway, grocery stores, and hiking trails! High speed fiber internet, two living room areas each with 55" smart TVs, private driveway with covered parking, and a small backyard. Twin home. Not Taj Majal on outside, but new clean and comfy inside!

Located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown Cedar City you have the option to relax and unwind or get out and explore the national parks, ski resorts, festivals, mountain bike trails, and so much more. This King suite is on the same property as the Hobbit Cottage. As LOTR fans we wanted to offer a second option. King size studio with laundry & full kitchen. No animals allowed bc allergies. No smoking or parties. Has a private entrance down a flight of outdoor stairs, has a small private yard with grass and trees. Located in between Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Kanarra Falls, Kolob. Home of Shakespeare Festival and Utah Summer Games. 1 mile to downtown.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Perfect for a couple or small family. This 1 bed/1 bath guest house is situated on our 5 acre property, a short distance from our family home. Located just north of Cedar City, you are within 15 min to a variety of stores and restaurants. It is also within an hour of several different national parks and Brian Head Ski Resort. This is a new home, I live on the main level. You will have the lower level to yourself which has a private entrance. This is an open area concept which includes a kitchen and living area with TV and high speed broadband internet. There is 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. I also have 2 single beds if needed. There is a washer & dryer and a bathroom with a shower/tub. I welcome all guests regardless of race or religion. Children and pets are welcome.

Such Stuff As Dreams...

This unique, two-bedroom home is decorated with themes of the Shakespeare plays. The Shakespeare Festival and Southern Utah University are just up the street. The home is located near Historic downtown Cedar City with shops, groceries, restaurants, city park and the Simon Festival. Cedar City is close to Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brianhead Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and other National Parks. We live downstairs if you need anything.
