Your rental space is a Casita on the back of our garage, it is completely private with its own kitchen bathroom and washer and dryer. It has a private entrance and in reality you only share the property not living quarters. There is a queen sized bed, a roll away and a pullout chair. You have complete control over your HVAC system. Make memories at this unique place. This picturesque vacation rental in the upper level of a historic home is a great spot for four people and the family dog to enjoy all Southern Utah has to offer. Set in downtown Cedar City, you will be immersed in all the action this Utah town has in store with restaurants and groceries within walking distance. This upper-level rental has a charming historic feel and has cable and high-speed internet. There is no elevator to access this upper-level.

It is also a short drive to St. George.
