King size bed, living room, laundry & full kitchen/dining. No animals allowed, we have allergies. Located near Zion NP, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head Resort & Kanarra Falls Home of Shakespeare Festival and Utah Summer Games. 1 mile to downtown. If you have more than 2 guests, please tell me. You can bring a blowup mattress or sleep on the couch.

Your rental space is a Casita on the back of our garage, it is completely private with its own kitchen bathroom and washer and dryer. It has a private entrance and in reality you only share the property not living quarters. There is a queen sized bed, a roll away and a pullout chair. You have complete control over your HVAC system. See instructions for use. You have access to the back patio and the backyard. You do not have access to the barbecue or smoker. Thank you and enjoy your stay
