WESTSIDE SPANISH BUNGALOW is in the ideal location, only blocks to the downtown core which features renowned restaurants and the park square. This Spanish bungalow is located on desirable Chestnut Street in west side Paso Robles. The two bedroom home has been meticulously updated while retaining its period look and feel. Gourmet kitchen with butcher block countertops and subway tile with a unique breakfast nook. The formal dining room opens to the entry courtyard and sits on a hill overlooking downtown. This new home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and down town. Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem!
