Clean, comfortable villa with amazing views overlooking pool and beach. After a slight hiccup with broken lock on arrival, nearby property manager quickly responded and got things squared away with a new lock. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this beautiful villa! Ernie’s instructions on surrounding area were spot on. We shopped at the market in Savannah on the way in from the airport and enjoyed dinners at Over the edge and Tukka. Pro tip – use the shopping carts under the stairwell when arriving with groceries and bring everything up via elevator. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nigel's property was an outstanding experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable & inviting. The beach & water behind the home were the perfect setting to relax at . While these items DID NOT hinder our experience at all, they would be helpful for future guests. 1. when using the lock /unlock feature on the front door, apply a slight amount of pressure to the door above the lock. 2. When using the back screen door, the lock sticks just slightly so you must pull the door slightly harder than you would anticipate. The interior of the home was pristine. The A/C was perfect, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the Lanai was everything 1 could hope for on a tropical vacation. There is even 2nd floor access from the bedrooms that allow for straight out of bed access Nigel was communicative, helpful and friendly from start to finish Final recommendation for this property, GET A RENTAL CAR. Rum Point is a distance away from most points of the island. 5***** stay Thank you Nigel!

We absolutely loved Kim’s place. It checked all of our boxes: fantastic view, low-key area away from the resorts, and good snorkeling right from the beach. It is close to the grocery store and multiple good restaurants in the West Bay Area. The condo itself was great for a family of four with plenty of space, was clean, had a full kitchen, and one of the best beach balcony views I’ve ever seen. The guest book was very informative, and answered all of our questions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We rented a car at the airport, which I highly recommend. Driving around was a lot easier than I had expected coming from the US. We’re already planning our next trip.

Deniss was a great host. He responded to all our questions and requests in a timely manner. The location was great - close to groceries, liquor store and the beach. The property was at a quieter portion of Seven Mile Beach with lots of space on the beach. The property was well maintained and spacious. Would go back anytime and cannot recommend it strongly enough.

It was fantastic! Clean, lots of amenities in the condo. Lots of towels, kitchen supplies, swimming and snorkeling right out the door. Lots of room for a 5 person group. Air conditioning worked great! No problems with our stay at all. Great restaurants next door. Turtle Center close by, easy driving to 7 mile beach. Quiet, beautiful, nice sunsets, private, clean, salt water pool, easy access to snorkel the cove. We chartered a 7 hour snorkel trip with Shaggy. It was perfect! Cole and Gary were amazing and showed us a great time. We had 25 year old kids with us, they loved the restaurant and bar next door. This was our first trip but not our last. I’d book this one again for sure.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation!!! It was very clean, had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. We felt right at home. The location to Cemetery Beach was perfect…..only a quick 3 minute walk. Kathrine’s cohosts Dennis and Anna were very friendly too. I would highly recommend staying at Kathrine’s place.

Lovely, quiet spot at the north end of West Bay, a 5 minute walk from the Turtle Center. House binder has tons of great info and recommendations. Property manager lives on-site and is very responsive and helpful. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. There’s a pool looking out on the ironstone shore with the loveliest view of the sunsets.

We had a lovely stay at Adrienne’s place. The townhome was centrally located with restaurants , grocery stores, high end shopping , gorgeous beach close by. We have been on the island many times before and Adrienne was the kindest, sweetest and most responsive host. She cared for us like a family member. We are truly touched. Thank you again Adrienne. Great space felt very comfortable and location was centra.

Really enjoyed our stay at Rupert's place. Great location in quieter area of West Bay, but walking distance to snorkeling at Cemetery beach, as well as Foster's, which is a very-handy grocery store. House was large, with plenty of space to spread out. Appreciated the community-feel of the shared pool area/interacting with other people living or staying in the condos. The place was as depicted in the photos. It's definitely minimal styling. There are a few things that could be improved (e.g. the back screen door had holes and came off several times). It's also worth noting that the pool is not heated, which limits use in the relatively cooler winter months. Rupert was an excellent host, making great restaurant recommendations and helpful in identifying a local car rental company.

I had an incredible stay at this property in Grand Cayman! The place itself is absolutely spacious, well maintained, and right on the water. The highlight was definitely the diving; the access from the property made it so convenient, and the underwater scenery was breathtaking. The host was fantastic—very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to offer great recommendations for things to do around the island. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy both relaxation and adventure in Grand Cayman!
