Million, Billion Trillion $$$ View~So. Lake Tahoe

Million dollar view!!! No joke! 2bd/1bth. Newly remodeled and super cozy! Large kitchen with all the essentials, 55inch smart TV in living room with gas fireplace. Huge patio deck with views of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort. Less than 5 min drive to Boulder or Stage Coach ski lift. Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. Hello and welcome! Thank you for considering our listing! Additional downstairs suite is available to accommodate up to 3-4 people, we have a separate listing with the whole house. ( different price per night, the downstairs suite will be locked if you rent upstairs) I am a hospital medicine physician and my husband is an engineer. We built this house with love and we want you to experience comfort and the beauty of Tahoe! We are 5 min walk from Zephyr Cove beach.
