Ketevan was a darling host and her house was so pretty. She and Mariam were always available on chat and, she was sweet enough to prepare wholesome meals for us. My infant was so very comfortable with her. She carried him while we had our meals and took him around to meet the neighbours, just like a grandmother. 💝 absolutely postive and calm vibes. hope to come back again.

Very convenient location: close to many stores, shopping center, coffee shops and across the street the promenade. I would even say that the apartment is in the middle of the city: it is easy to walk to the old town and to the end of the promenade where airplanes land/take off. The view from the balcony is insanely beautiful. Frida is very friendly, helpful and kind. Always answered and helped. Internet is good. Cons: we lived in the apartment for 3 months and over time the toilet started to drip, but it was not critical. The freezer in the refrigerator works strangely: periodically does not freeze, sometimes freezes even what is on the first shelf in the refrigerator. We are glad that we chose this particular apartment and did not regret it.

First and foremost, I can't give Besarion enough stars for who he is. He is the most sincere, helpful, and personable host I have encountered through Airbnb. He is extremely easy to like, and is respectful of your time and space. His location may be a little distance from the center of Tbilisi's excitement, but more than makes up for it as a haven of rest. A comfortable and clean place to retire from the busyness of the city. Tbilisi's attractions can easily be reached by Bolt or a good, healthy walk. I used Bolt frequently, and it averaged under $3 USD to get to most of the places I wanted to see, which included the heart of the city, old town. Necessary grocery items as well as treats are only minutes away by walking. Many of the residents knew enough English in tourist locations to get your message across. BTW, Besarion had excellent dominance of the English language. I would highly recommend Besarion's place as an excellent location to stay. Your experience will be heightened.

Stayed for few hours only but felt right staying there, place is clean, easy to access and only 350m from freedom square, lots of option are at walking distance. Host are very nice and kind. We loved them. 3000 stars for them! Will recommend to my friends as well! Lovely place to stay.

An amazing cozy, clean and beautiful apartment — fully matched the description and the pictures. Evgeniya is the beat host one can ask for — friendly, responsive, responsible, always in touch. The place (town) was nice too, an amazing anda not overcrowded breach and a quite, peaceful environment with beautiful nature to go with it. We had a splendid stay and we will definitely come back to Evgeniya if we ever visit Ureki again. Can't recommend her enough.

отдыхали с семей, все довольны, дом в тихом раëне, прямо перед домом чистый пляж где очень мало народу. Хозяева хорошие отзывчивые люди, единственное что надо учесть то что дом в 2-3 км от " города " а яндx такси там почти не работает( может другие сервисы есть я не знаю)

Quiet garden, old, charming balcony, good size bed, comfortable old-school winter blankets, clean room. The shower area is a bit small. If you’re a big person this may not be comfortable for you. Also, bring earplugs because the neighborhood dogs might start a barking contest in the middle of the night. Will be back to this place.

I stayed here for a whole month and loved it. Thank you so much to my hosts who were super responsive and helpful all the time. A beautiful home within a quiet private area but close to all the central action. Strong wi-fi so a great place for remote workers too. Xx

Whole Elite apartment for Rent 1-5 person.

Mr.Geno's place met all our expectations. Locationwise it was in the heart of Tbilisi andfantastic, in walkable distance to all historical places, restaurants, cafes, bazaars. All amenities were available at house as described, even more Mr. Geno and Ms. Ineza immediately provided our additional requests. Kithen was very useful for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Wifi signal was more than enough. We had an amazing time due to Ms.Geno's hospitality. We will definitely prefer to stay at Mr.Geno's house in our nex visit..

We booked one night at Leonids house and had a super stay in the guest bedroom with a private bathroom. The host and his family were very friendly and good to communicate with. Would definitely recommend! Ps. best nights sleep on our whole trip in Georgia!🛌💤

Cottage in the center of Batumi Boulevard

Удобное месторасположение, номера убираются вовремя, мебель и интерьер немного подуставшие, на полу местами сломана плитка, но в целом хозяин и не обещает шикарный ремонт. Зато есть своя терраса и территория, из-за зелени номера темные, но в жару это и неплохо. В моём номере не работал светильник над кроватью. Так же в ванной достаточно низкий потолок над раковиной. В номере нет фена и чайника, обратите внимание. Если их добавить, а ещё стиралку вообще бы цены не было

Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui por 4 dias e tivemos uma excelente experiência. O apartamento é ainda melhor do que nas fotos, muito bem cuidado, limpo e silencioso. Destaque para os mimos que foram deixados na mesa, como flores, chá e doces. O anfitrião foi flexível no check-in e no check-out, nos deu ótimas dicas do que fazer na região e foi simpático. Recomendamos e certamente retornaríamos em uma próxima viagem a Borjomi!

Тата - превосходная и очень гостеприимная хозяйка!!! Общаться с ней было очень приятно и легко. Она встретила нас с радушием, посоветовала места, которые нужно посетить в первую очередь и дала рекомендации по пребыванию в Грузии. Жильё превзошло все наши ожидания. Шикарные, стильные, просторные, продуманные до мелочей апартаменты в самом центре Тбилиси. Кровати большие и удобные. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления завтрака или ужина. Очень комфортно для пребывания 4х человек. Огромное спасибо, Тата, за помощь в нашей нестандартной ситуации!!!

The location was perfect, close to both the city center and bus station. The room is very small, but still has a functioning table, refrigerator and kettle, it's a great place to base yourself for a short stay.

Приехали к Zaze перед самым годом. Это большой частный дом, нас разместили в просторной гостиной где были 2 кровати + спальня большая кровать. В гостиной на столе нас ждало приветствие от хозяев вино, чача, фрукты и сладости. Очень приятно, мы уставшие с дороге перекусили и легли спать в застланные белоснежные постели. Хозяин Zaza и Нино очень добрые и внимательные хозяева, люди православной веры на все наши желания были отзывчивы, всячески помогая и организовывая наш досуг. Мы очень благодарны этим людям, за время проведенное у них. Будем помнить и обязательно если будем в Тбилиси заедем к ним опять!

Отличное место! Расположение в самом центре старого города, всегда в центре событий. Все очень чисто и атмосферно. Мы забронировали место прямо в день прилета и приехали почти ночью, при этом хозяева нас радушно встретили и мы все время были на связи. Однозначно советую!
