Badri has a beautiful place, which is just next to the batumi botanical garden. So you’re super near to the city yet situated in a lush and calm place. The view is 10/10.

Roman was a great host! Very kind and responsive. We had rented the place in the middle of spring and it had been snowing a few days before we arrived, so we were meet by snow covered hills and mountains. Very beautiful but cold a night. Roman texted me to tell me that they had set up heaters to keep us warm at night. We had a kind family as our neighbors during our stay. Unfortunately the resulting power usage due to the heaters blew the main fuse that feed both of our tents. Roman was quick to respond and they had it fixed within minutes. The next day it happened again, they then decided to upgrade the electrical system to ensure it wouldn't happen a third time and to their credit it didn't. You can't foresee everything and accidents can happen. I was pleased to see promptly Roman responded and tried to fix they issue and he responded in a kind and friendly manner. Overall we had a lovely time, we were very pleased with Roman, the tent and the scenery.

Amazing apartment with spectacular view. Panoramic windows with the sea view in the main bedroom are truly mesmerizing when waking up. Apartments itself is on the top floor, so there a small stair to take after the elevator. We had a baby carriage and it wasn’t a big problem. Apartment very spacious and modern with a lot of amenities. Every possible thing that you might need is available - including dish soap, washer supplies and even new sponge in the kitchen. AC working well in hot weather. Bathroom is a top notch with working jacuzzi, fully stocked as well, even including shampoo for kids. To mention, great place when traveling with a family as the apartment is fully equipped for children. Building is pretty old but apartment is renovated, clean and luxurious. Even small things like electric outlets have USB charges build in with international plugs which I loved, makes a point that it’s a well thought through. Host is very nice, communication is great. He met us at the appointed time and even helped us with the luggage. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone if it’s available!

Checking fácil e simplificado. O apartamento fica em uma região tranquila e super confortavel. Possui uma cozinha completa, com tudo que você precisa para preparar qualquer alimento. Internet com boa velocidade, Smart Tv na sala de estar, aquecimento em todos os cômodos da casa. A localização é conveniente com supermercados ha uma curta distancia a pé. Recomendo.

Très belle chambre, lit confortable, propre, juste à côté de la plage. Emma est très chaleureuse par message et se montre disponible. Attention si vous prolongez votre séjour il faut que la propriétaire prévienne l’hôtel et que vous alliez mettre à jour la carte à la réception.

Wonderful location. The market down the street was fantastic. Owner was very quick to respond.
