Penthouse is a split-level apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms which include three piece bathrooms plus jacuzzi or shower. Washing machine, iron plus iron board are also provided Apartment boasts stunning views to main historical sites in Tbilisi, such are Narikala fortress and adjustant Botanical gardens. Main entertainment areas are also at close reach, such as restaurants, cafes plus various supermarkets.

If you’re searching for safe, quiet, central and authentic place, you've just found it! Our apartment is a part of a historical building, which was a home to many famous people and served as a background for the iconic Georgian movie “The Wedding”. The Parliament is just across the street, it takes 3 minutes to walk to Rustaveli Ave., the main vein of the city, to museums and restaurants (but you will be surprised how quite our street is), and 10 minutes – to the old town and all major sights.

This two-story wooden cottage is located in the mountains, nestled in a secluded pine forest where peace and quiet prevail. Large panoramic windows offer stunning views of the surrounding nature and tall trees. Just one kilometer from the house, a scenic trail leads to a beautiful waterfall. A crystal-clear mountain river flows 300 meters away — perfect for relaxing, fishing, and picnics. Here you can fully immerse yourself in nature, enjoy fresh air, and true seclusion.
