LAURA COZY NEST in a garden court by the David

A cozy and very quiet one-bedroom apartment on two levels, with a private access from a lovely inner garden-court, close to all monuments and sites, yet distant from the crowd and the noise. Located by Piazza Santissima Annunziata, at only 3 minutes walk from the Duomo and the Academia Gallery (David) this place has been just renovated and decorated, and it benefits from a FULL A/C, brand new appliances and a 40" SMART TV with NETFLIX included. Restaurants, groceries and shops are all nearby!

Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.

The apartment, 120 sq meters (1300 sq feet), has 2 beautiful bedrooms, separated by a living room, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen with a dining room has a nice terrace. The apartment is extremely quiet and has been renovated in December 2016. As a new host I look forward to helping my guests to spend a great holiday.

The suite is about 592 square feet with a wide living and a lovely balcony facing Arno River. It has an amazing view of the Ponte Vecchio as well as the Ponte Santa Trinita. The living room is open to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 closets. A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.
