You have come to the right place to find an unforgettable apartment! Our Fresh, Relaxing Studio has a light, fresh and youthful style along with being very comfortable and functional. Decorated with modern and minimalist furniture pieces, this flat is accentuated with flavors of living spaces that are commonly found in Scandinavian countries. And be assured that you will not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The apartment is at the epicenter of Barcelona, just off the beginning of iconic Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities. Join the crowds who have come to stroll, shop, and dine along the city's most dynamic street. Brew some coffee and settle down on a comfy, mid-century chair and let in the light at this modern, neutral apartment in the center of the city. Get a true taste of tapas down on the street below, then relax with a glass of wine on the balcony. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. The area surrounding the apartment: In the more residential part of town, known as the Eixample, the Irles is a great choice for anyone's visit to Barcelona.. this area is Barcelona´s 19th, Close to some of the nicer and grander streets of Barcelona there is lots of atmosphere and energy as there are many cafes, restaurants and clubs not very far from at all..also nearby is the gay area, known as the "Gaixample"

Renovated apartment in a quiet and centrical neighborhood, located between Plaza España and the city center, a position which give you the opportunity to walk to any place of interest. At only 2 minutes of the building you will find a stop of direct bus to the airport, as well as a metro station (Urgell) . The Tourist Tax is not included in the price of the apartment. It costs €6,25 per adult (over 16 years old) per night up to a maximum of seven nights. It must be paid upon arrival.

Located in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood, a cultural, cool and authentic neighborhood. Close to Diamant Plaça. Singular flat at street level in the heart of the bohemian Gràcia district. It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.

This cosy and cute 40m2 2 bedroom apartment, while small, is packed with loads of charm and character, just like the charming working class early 1900s Poble Sec neighbourhood in which it is nestled, a short walk from Barcelona's central street Las Ramblas.
