The owners reside next door, but you'll have full access to the lovely yard, fire pit, dock, grill and lake front. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, from the owners dock. Dock space available to tie one boat up to 22'. $75 pet fee

Set in the country, it is connected to a triplex apartment building on a dead end road. Conveniently located just 1.5 miles from LR college, just half a mile from the YMCA, and within walking distance to some of hickory's favorite restaurants including Fourk, Backstreets and Starbucks. The 215 is pet friendly, we do require a $20 pet fee.
