This property is a very spacious three bedroom traditional house that is located next to the owners' home. The property is located very close to the city centre and the beach or any of the main ports. There is a spacious yard with a deck and a few fruit trees. For ventilation we have large windows and fans. The environment is quiet and relaxing with a sea view. Although there are three bedrooms we accommodate only one group of persons at a time (it could be 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 persons at a time).

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker & electric kettle. Step out the back gate and immerse yourself in the Caribbean Sea! Come relax at this peaceful place to stay. Villa cottages is part of a small hotel in Marigot Bay. Villa Cottages is near the world's famous Marigot Bay, just 1 min walk through the mangrove. There is a waterfront restaurant on site, where u can enjoy some of the best local cuisines while adoring the breathtaking views. To get across to the other side of the bay, you would have to take a water ferry ,which is provided for free by the resort. It takes about 20 seconds to get across.
