Quiet, Relaxing Apartment

This property is a very spacious three bedroom traditional house that is located next to the owners' home. The property is located very close to the city centre and the beach or any of the main ports. There is a spacious yard with a deck and a few fruit trees. For ventilation we have large windows and fans. The environment is quiet and relaxing with a sea view. Although there are three bedrooms we accommodate only one group of persons at a time (it could be 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 persons at a time).

Outside you can enjoy the balcony to see the cruisers that coming and leaving the island. Viggie airport 15-20 mins away, Massy stores supermarket and the ferry terminal are 2mins away driving. The community is also famous for having featured in the very first Dr. Doolittles movie, filmed in the late 1960's. Our apartment is newly constructed, and features all the required amenities for modern living. The unit is located approximately 15 minutes walk of Marigot Beach. The Bay also features a number of world class restaurants and water sports.

From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique.
