Javier was a fabulous host from start to finish . We were caught up in the electricity and communications blackout and Javier turned up with candles and torches to help us out. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The lift was also handy for a heavy suitcase . The apartment is in a perfect position to reach the sights on foot. Do take up Javier’s recommendations, we had a sublime meal at El Barril and a few others. Thanks Javier.

Andre's place was about a 20 minute walk to most of the popular places to see and if needed, the bus and Metro were just up the street a few blocks. It is in the heart of the Sunday El Rastro Market. There is a grocery just around the corner and, as everywhere in Spain, restaurants galore along the way. We were given thorough instructions at check-in including the washing machine, which was an easy one to use. There was plenty of space of all six of us.

We had a fantastic stay in Clara's flat with our children. In a noisy city it was very quiet but just a minute's walk from the big city. Memory foam beds (two good doubles and a good twin), two shower/loos, a comfy sitting area, plenty of room to sit down and eat for four/six, elevator, coffee machine with coffee, cosy decor, in all very comfortable, quiet and convenient. Clara was also very helpful and flexible, communicating clearly and quickly on a well-known messaging app, helping out with our timing needs, and making the stay stress free. I strongly recommend Clara and her apartment. Thank you.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location, particularly if the sun’s out and you can use the balcony. The apartment has everything you need and is thoughtfully decorated. Ludovic was brilliant. He accommodated our early check in and late checkout and was great throughout, as was Karolina. Highly recommended!

Do not miss out on this amazing space!! Cozy, private, inviting, beautifully decorated. Absolutely amazing home! Alvaro was very responsive to any and all questions. Subway, Retiro Park, restaurants all within 10 minute. Will be back next time I’m in Madrid.

The accommodation was very near the sights to see in Madrid. It is only space for one, as described. Everything you need is at hand. María is very understanding and easy to work with on check-in. The city is quite walkable, and has terrific metro! I very much enjoyed my first visit to Spain. Be sure to give the full address when using Uber/Bolt.

We spent three nights at Angel’s apartment. It was awesome to be able to both walk and use public transit to all the major sights. The place was clean and exactly as described. It was also surprisingly quiet for being in the central old town location. Would recommend.

Christian was a very good communicator and made our trip fantastic. He checked in to see how we were doing and when I mentioned that we only had a few coffee pods he delivered a bag of those over. Amazing! Overall, this place was really great! Thanks Christian! :)

L'alloggio è bello come appare nell'annuncio, fornitissimo di tutto il necessario per godersi al meglio Madrid. Abbiamo viaggiato con nostro figlio di 2 anni che ha adorato la posizione vicino al fantastico parco giochi di plaza de Espana. Per un disguido al nostro arrivo non c'era il lettino per il bambino, ma l'host è stato tempestivo nel risolverci il problema (tra l'altro il lettino più bello/pulito mai trovato in una struttura ricettiva alberghi compresi). Insomma sicuramente un esperienza positiva e dovessi tornare a Madrid tornerei volentieri nello stesso alloggio.

We absolutely loved Fernando’s place. The apartment was clean and more spacious than we expected. The location was fantastic and we could explore everywhere we wanted to go on foot. The apartment and the neighbourhood felt very safe and we loved sampling the many bars in the vicinity. Would love to have stayed longer and would love to come back!

Ángel, ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns in seiner Wohnung direkt wohl gefühlt und dort eine wunderschöne Zeit verbringen können. Zwei Metro-Stationen waren zu Fuß gut erreichbar, sodass man auch schnell in das Stadt-Innere kommen konnte. Ich danke vielmals für die schöne Zeit dort

What a fantastic place to stay! We came for the marathon since Zoilo’s place was close to the start and finish lines, but any time it would be a perfect location. Beautiful neighborhood, easy Metro access, lots of shops and restaurants, super close to Retiro, and surprisingly quiet inside even on a busy street. And the place itself was great too! Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and bathroom, comfortable sitting area, all very clean and organized. Absolutely loved it, recommend highly and really hope to stay again someday!

Appartamento comodo e pulito, dotato di lavapiatti e microonde. Caldaia e riscaldamento perfettamente funzionanti. La via è molto tranquilla, ma nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano la metropolitana, un market aperto h24, una moschea, un dentista, locali e ristoranti, il museo Reina Sofia e il museo de la Felicidad.

Alquilamos la casa un grupo de 8 amigos y todos coincidimos en que estuvimos muy a gusto en la casa y su piscina. Los espacios fueron muy agradables, cómodos y amplios. El cariño y cuidado puesto en la casa la hicieron ideal para el plan de desconexión que teníamos en mente. Sin duda la tendremos en cuenta para futuras ocasiones.

Todo muy bien, la casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, es una casa amplia y bien decorada en el que le han puesto mucho cariño. La comunicación con Puia fue perfecta, y siempre dio soluciones a todo. Un sitio de 10, muy recomendable.

La casa está impecable. Muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. A pocos minutos en coche de las Barrancas y cerca de la plaza del pueblo y zona de comercios, bares y restaurantes. Félix es un anfitrión perfecto, facilitó la entrada y la salida, y nos dio buenas orientaciones.

Li's was helpful, thoughtful, and kind. The apartment was clean and pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bath was spacious and spotless. The apartment is a little smaller than we expected. But not an issue at all. Traditional Madrid feel to it, full of character. Amazing location. If you are affected by noise then just bring ear plugs . Lovely time in Madrid.
