Casa sobre la Colina.

Es una casa moderna, espaciosa, muy luminosa y cómoda. Situada en una zona residencial (Urbanización Fontpineda) en la cima de una pequeña colina a 10' del pueblo de Pallejá que dista a 20 km de Barcelona. Es preferible disponer de coche privado. Pallejá cuenta con servicio de transporte público de tren y bus a Bcn donde es muy fácil encontrar aparcamiento gratuito cerca de la estación del tren. Hay un bus que comunica con Pallejà cada hora aproximadamente. Y 4 viajes el fin de semana.

A totally private country villa with its own pool. There is a big terraced garden where you can relax in the shade of the fruit trees while looking out over vineyards towards the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. It is located in one of the most quiet neighborhoods of Sitges: Quint Mar. The beaches of Sitges and the town center are a 5 minute drive or a 25-minute walk away.
