Questo appartamento unico e originale è stato ristrutturato con amore e cura. Un perfetto connubio di elementi nuovi e antichi, crea un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Il grande soggiorno è un luogo speciale dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Il punto forte dell'appartamento è la splendida terrazza in legno esposta a sud, ideale per godersi il sole. Our house is warm and welcoming, smells of wood, located in the heart of the city. Comfortable apartment along the pedestrian area of Cortina, on the first floor of a typical Ampezzo house from the 1800s, easy to have everything at your fingertips. It consists of a large entrance hall, living room, kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, and all the necessary accessories.

Composto da : camera da pranzo con angolo cottura, salotto con divano letto, due camere, due bagni, terrazzino con vista sulle Tofane. Finestre triplo vetro insonorizzate. Posto auto riservato all'aperto, ski room con armadietto riscaldato.

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.

E' molto comodo anche per chi volesse sciare: ci troviamo a pochi passi dalla Funivia delle Tofane e a pochi minuti dalla Funivia Faloria.
