Spacious 2 bedroom Casita

Our spacious Casita is tucked away in the heart of the thriving Northwest side of Tucson. It's within walking distance of the new Whole Foods and Safeway. Major shopping malls are no more than 10 minutes drive in any direction, and an unlimited number of restaurants are available to choose from. The 1000 square foot home is suitable for up to 4 guests. The house is extremely private, and has two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cycling golf and hiking are close by.

00' spacious studio, in desirable neighborhood. Complete kitchen with all amenities. Living, dining, and work, areas. Extra-large tiled shower in a roomy bathroom. Enjoy west side patio under an old Velvet Mesquite tree. Walk to restaurants, shopping, park, and bike paths. Common laundry and pool on the property. **Please order the sofa bed set up if you plan to use it, thank you. Full size futon with foam topper. $45. one time fee for set up. ***Pet: Pre-approval required. Not fenced. $50.

Upstairs Corner Casita w/ incredible sunset views.

Our Rancho Vistoso patio overlooks a greenbelt which has become a wildlife refuge. The patio offers dining and lounging, with the Amazing Mountain and Desert Sunset views. The Vistoso Casitas resort-like amenities include six miles of paved paths, a heated community pool/spa, Ramada with BBQ grills, exercise facility and clubhouse. We have spent hours biking throughout Oro Valley’s many miles of safe and scenic biking routes and hiking challenging mountain trails at nearby Catalina State Park.

Royal Suffolk with City & Mountain View Jacuzzi

This mid century home is located on a beautiful hill top acre featuring amazing Oro Valley city views that stretch across the valley- 45 miles to a distant view of Picacho peak. On the other side are stellar views of Pusch Ridge and the Catalina mountains, so close, you'll feel as if you can touch them. Walk or drive just 3 minutes through the neighborhood to the Pima Canyon trail head. Shopping and restaurants are just below. The pool is not currently heated but the jacuzzi is hot and ready!

2017 guest house in Tucson Mountain foothills adjacent to Sweetwater Preserve (14+ mi.s of trails: mountain biking, horseback, running, & hiking)! Enjoy the giant soaking tub, BBQ grill, sunsets & patio. A full kitchen, sitting area, bath & BR are downstairs (550 sq. ft.). Up a 90-degree ladder to BR/retreat space, wonderful for getaway views. Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

Stunning View in Central Tucson - Solar Powered!

Amazing view of the Catalina mountains with a central location. This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Location, location private room and bath . Totally removed from the rest of home by a long locked hallway and garage . This charming and cool territorial creates southwest vibe with ultra modern fittings.... best central location .... Great private bath . Quiet and guests say a great sleep . There are wide steps to front door as home is elevated from street.
