Surrounded by a beautiful garden with access to the swimming pool, it offers an unforgettable experience away from the classic tourist circuit. The large spaces of the garden offer the tranquility ans security so much sought in covid time. Come and let yourself be captivated by the spirit of the place.

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

The Fienile is a typical Tuscan stone house, of about 55 square meters with a large private garden (350 sq.m.), a Jacuzzi that can be used all year round, wi-fi, air conditioning. Everything is for your exclusive use. it is located in a small village, near Vinci, a few km from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, surrounded by olive trees, in the green Tuscan hills. The house is an ex-barn, recently renovated. A charming, intimate, welcoming and relaxing place.
