Beautifully renovated house on Lake Minnetonka, Phelps Bay known for fabulous summer fun and also ice fishing/winter activities. Open floor plan with amazing views. High end appliances, light fixtures and porcelain countertops. The house will comfortably sleep 10 people. The downstairs includes family room, and mud room with laundry as well. 1.5 car garage with parking for an ADDITIONAL 6 cars. Close to local restaurants, grocery stores and breweries.

The Cottage on Lake Waconia- you'll love the freshly remodeled Cottage with 70' direct lakeshore. Near 3 wineries, 2 breweries, and a short boat ride to historic Coney Island. 4 bedrooms (one hidden!), 3 bathrooms-plenty of room for everyone. Dock with kayaks and SUP to use. Cozy Lakefront Cottage

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.

Country Retreat - relaxing, clean, pet friendly

This clean modern apartment space features country charm, peace and quiet, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. It's off the main road, but close enough to everything. 35 minutes west of the MSP airport. The space is the entire lower level of our home. There is a private entrance,heated floors for those chilly days you need it and ice cold AC for the warm ones. Plenty of space to cook, watch TV, work, or just rest. Pets are welcome.

The Green House. Walkable to everything.

It's time to relax, kick back and enjoy lake life with this charming and inviting home just a 5 minute walk to the centre of historic Excelsior. (And only a 20 minute drive to the Twin Cities and MOA.) You'll find there are plenty of things to keep you and the family occupied out here. Or stay in and take advantage of the gourmet kitchen and a fenced-in yard for the kids and pets to run around in.
