My place is on Blue Ridge Parkway on mile post 191.4. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambience, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Two Bed Rooms (One King Size and one Queen size beds) Security Camera; One Camera is pointed at the front door. NO CAMERA POINTED AT THE DECK!!!!!! NEW!!!! Upgraded to 2x king beds and 1x queen bed. Walk to Main St, Old Fiddlers Convention. Close to grocery, restaurants, New River Trail, Blue Ridge Parkway, etc...Non-smoking brick bungalow completely renovated. Plenty of natural light. Large front porch, long driveway and street parking. Primary bedroom has king and en suite bathroom 2nd bedroom has king. 3rd bedroom has queen. Bedrooms 2/3 share a hall bath with large tub. Wifi/Cab TV. No pets, large groups, parties or smoking.

Our wonderful house is truly a Mountain Majesty! It sits on the side of a mountain with a million dollar view! It is close to "Mayberry!", aka Mount Airy for which the show was named for. Fancy Gap Mountain Escape

Close to several wineries,New RiverTrail; Blue Ridge Parkway; Floyd Va; Hillsville flea markets Memorial Day/Labor Day; Mt Airy, N.C. Due to remote area some cell services don’t work as well. Verizon is best. Occasionally WiFi may act up but usually good. Worth the stay if you want to relax and unwind away from city issues. Peaceful incredible views. Short hike to mountain stream on property picnic area. Water is from a deep well, tested and 100% free of any bacteria. No RVs.

Camping Cabin on the Blue Ridge Parkway

A unique glamping experience in a quiet nook behind a pasture on a 42 acre working farm. Close to i77! Tiny Cabin comes equipped with small flat-top grill and single burner. Queen bed, futon, outdoor seating, solar lights/usb charging port (cell service is limited), fire pit, propane heater, and cooking supplies. Outdoor camping toilet, foot pump sink, and solar shower bag or propane shower available. All you need to bring is food to enjoy a relaxing glamping experience.

Open floorplan home located off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Southwest Virginia. Good for families, couples, small groups and quiet relaxing. No cable but TV has antenna and a Firestick.Home has Wi-Fi. Pets allowed with small charge. The house may not be best for very small children. A large backyard meets the woods and often wildlife is seen; deer and turkey. Views of Pilot Mountain, NC and the tallest of buildings of Winston-Salem can be viewed on a clear day.

Kibler Valley Cabin

Our cabin is located in the picturesque Kibler Valley just over the Virginia state line. It is equidistant from Mt Airy, NC and Stuart, VA. It is located directly on the Dan River, just down the mountain from it's headwaters. The property sits 4 miles down a 6.5 mile dead-end road. At the end of the road is a hydro-electric power plant. During the summer months the water from the dam is released on week-ends which makes for fantastic kayaking and tubing.

Mark of Design Farmhouse Retreat

2020 marks the 100-year-old birthday to this charming farmhouse, located on a working horse farm within the town of Hillsville. It has been meticulously redecorated in 2015-16, with an elegantly simple flavor. The peace and quiet of this country setting is unsurpassed. You’ll love watching horses over your morning coffee. The house sleeps 8 and there is table seating for 21, in case family stops by. Ask about the horse whispering experience.

Come spend some time in a real, completely refurbished railroad caboose (with all the modern amenities) just off the Blue Ridge Parkway at Orchard Gap, approximate mile 193.5. Probably the most unique lodging along the Blue Ridge Parkway. We now have disc golf baskets and discs as well as cornhole sets. Pet owners please read the pet policy under additional rules. We DO NOT have any cleaning fees, never have. The service fees are not ours.
