We just finished completely rehabbing interior, and freshly painted and landscaped exterior(2022). The house directly overlooks Center Harbor Village on one side and is just steps from Lake Winnipesaukee on the other side. I HAVE TWO BEDROOMS. The first room (queen bed) is $110/night (NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES) through Airbnb and the second room (full bed, which can be requested once you book the first room and with family or friends only) is $75/night which must be booked directly through me. For your enjoyment, I offer my homemade oatmeal/honey bread, banana bread, blueberry muffins and strawberry and raspberry jam.
