Beautiful home on Wyman Lake

This large one bedroom two bath "camp" is located on Wyman Lake directly off Rt. 201, approximately 8 minutes north of Bingham. This is the perfect location to unwind and decompress. Your young kids and/or dog will agree. Enjoy all Wyman lake has to offer from your large private shoreline and dock. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit or try your hand at smoking meat on the pellet smoker and propane grill combo. Please note GPS is not reliable. You must use the directions provided after booking.

Your Maine Base Camp

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

Carriage House

Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Open concept downstairs with sofa, daybed (napping in the sun!), and chef-designed kitchen. Second level with two queen beds and small balcony. Adjoins miles of walking trails and forest, full of wildlife. Less than 5-minute drive to a 1.5 mile running trail along the Sandy River, with refreshing swimming.

Mahoney Manor

My father executed his vision and built Mahoney Manor from the ground up. What started as a "camp" eventually became his full-time home before his untimely death in 2018. Nestled in the woods at the base of Ira Mountain just minutes from Sugarloaf and along the Carrabassett River, Emmett created a sanctuary. He spent the last years of his life "developing" two empty lots into a Zen-like nature trail system with hand made bridges and benches perfect for 4-season walking or snowshoeing.

We take great pride in providing a stay that you will remember for years to come. Our moose house is well-stocked with all essential amenities and a few extra surprises! Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

Quiet Home in Western Maine. Panoramic view of mountains. Private Driveway right off from Rt. 4 Direct access to snowmobile/ATV trails and not far from Saddleback, Sugarloaf, and Sunday River Ski Resorts. If hiking is your thing, Tumbledown and the Appalachian Trail are in short driving distance. Lots of lakes and rivers are available for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and more. 5 minutes from town where you have access to a grocery store and friendly neighborhood sandwich/pizza shops.

River House in West Forks trail access ITS 86 & 87

The River House is located in downtown West Forks near Berry's Store. Close to whitewater rafting, hiking trails, & fishing. Big backyard great for lawn games, fire pit for nightly campfires. Plenty of room for ATV trailer parking and a huge backyard right on the Dead River. Intersection of ITS 86 and 87 across the street, easy trail access. Six restaurants within five miles, also accessible by trails. All new bedding, mattresses, appliances, and furniture.

The entire house is yours, easy Self Entry Doors, located on US Rt 2 and Androscoggin River, nestled in a Mountain Valley. Summer activities: Appalachian Mountain Hiking (Grafton Notch State Park) , Mountain Biking, River Public Boat launch, Kayak & Paddle Board Rentals, Gem & Mineral Museum, Golf Courses, Covered Bridges great Restaurants and Breweries. Winter activities: Ski Resorts Sunday River (18 mi), Black MT (12 mi) & MT Abram (16 Mi).

River Valley Sunset Home is a spacious vacation rental on 8.75 serene acres in Rumford, Maine, near Bethel/Newry. With beautiful mountain views and breathtaking sunsets, it offers ample space for families to explore the Mountains/Lakes Regions. A skier's paradise, it's close to top ski resorts like Sunday River, Black Mt, Mt. Abram, and Titcomb Mt. The property is also adjacent to the Androscoggin River, perfect for fishing enthusiasts.

It is about 27 minutes to Sugarloaf and 8 minutes to Kingfield; located directly off Rt. 27 in route to Carrabassett Valley. You can hit the slopes then come home to a cozy, gas fireplace.
