Explore the West Country all year round with access to hiking/biking and horse trails. Quadding and snowmobiling in the backcountry as well as seasonal hunting and fishing. For some rest and relaxation, enjoy the deck by the flower garden, sit in front of the wood burning stove or by the firepit on those starry nights.

Rafter 2W Guest Cabins - Cabin #1

Cozy cabin with full amenities surrounded by crown land. Bring your quads and ride directly from the property trails everywhere. Relax with the whole family and roast marshmallows by your own private firepit. This is cabin#1 of 3 cabins on the property. Pets are very welcome as each cabin is private and has lots of room to play on. Walking trails are also on the property with a lookout of the mountains. There is a $25 pet cleaning fee please add your pet to the reservation when booking.

Cozy Lodge Suite Lic# STAR-04363

This suite is a separate space, that is all your own, with a walkout to the hot tub. It has its own bathroom with a very large shower. Across the hall is the bedroom and It’s meant to be comfortable and cozy. Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The 2nd bed is a single cot, or the fold down living room couch. Notify if needed we need prepare the linens for you.

Bring family or friends and walk to the beach or downtown from this spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom main floor condo located on Lakeshore Drive, directly across from Sylvan Lake. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the many microbreweries, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance of this centrally located condo. At the end of the day, sit back and relax in front of the electric fireplace or on the private patio with a view of the lake!

The walking trails are perfect for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and driving snow machines down to the lake. The fire pit, BBQ and backyard is a place to relax and unwind. No internet- just a pure escape from the hustle with total peace and quiet. The cabin is stocked with games and a gas fireplace.

Feel rested and at peace when you stay in the rustic gem of a cabin, the Lazy Larch. This self-contained 230 sq. ft. retreat offers cozy charm. Nestled in a small field, it boasts stunning views of the trout pond and breathtaking sunsets from the expansive deck. Cross-country ski or snowshoe right from your doorstep, with 2 to 5 km of trails. This safe, family-friendly property welcomes pets, and in summer, you can even bring your horse along for a day trip to the backcountry.

Trappers Cabin on a Sleddog Farm

Spend the night in a unique setting and company. Kilyan and Anna live with nearly 30 sled dogs at the Rocky Wolf Ranch. The trapper's cabin sleeps two and is lovingly furnished. With a view of the horse paddocks and dog kennels, you can enjoy breakfast or sunbathe on the veranda. The ranch is located directly on Prairie Creek. Here you can fish, swim, or simply enjoy nature. Programs with the sled dogs are available as an option.

Our resort includes a beautiful three bedroom vacation house and land that overlooks the James River. It is surrounded by trees in the Canadian wilderness. Enjoy a relaxing time in peace and quiet. Great for families. Escape the busy life while still in comfort. Bookings are based on double occupancy with a maximum of 6 people. $35/person/night for extra guests.
