The property is located at a quiet residential area that’s only a 8 minutes drive from SJU international airport and the popular isla verde beach, Old San Juan, La Placita abs shopping malls are relatively close as well, the home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time here and make you feel at home. House is power by solar panels to avoid being affected by shortage of the island power grid!

Welcome to Casa Bryssna, this apartment has a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom inside the apartment, completely private with all basic hygiene products and a hair dryer. It is a studio apartment, but very large and modern. The living room area has a twin sofa bed and a 40" TV. In the hallway you will find a closet for clothes, an ironing board and a baby crib. The patio is beautiful and a haven of peace to be in after exploring the Island.
