24/7 Security. Newly remodeled Modern apartment. Beautiful tourist area. Beach and Casinos walking distance. Airport is 5 minutes by car. Supermarket 5 minutes walking. This condo has an excellent swimming pool with a BBQ pit, and free parking on site with supplied permit. Many restaurants and fast food within 5 minutes walk (Denny's, Chili's, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Marcos Pizza) host supplies guidebook. Uber available in this area! CVS and Walgreens near.

Beach front with beach views from every window.

Beautiful, quiet beachfront apartment located in the middle of Isla Verde Beach with ocean views from every window. Just step outside and jump in the beach or walk either east or west and you will find beach-lounge and umbrella rentals, surfing schools, several hotels, food kiosks, banana boat and jet ski rentals and lots of fun. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, luxurious 1,250 thread count cotton bed sheets, 55" TV, high-speed internet (250mega) and many board games. Paradise!

Many hosts claim their view is the best but ours actually is, as the reviews will attest. This is a large studio on the top floor of a 12-story condo, located right on the sand, with a truly breathtaking view of the best beach in San Juan (rated #1 urban beach in the world by USA today), floor-to-ceiling windows, reserved parking, split AC unit, WiFi, and Roku TV, in a secure building with key-operated elevators. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy the full Puerto Rican experience. Everything at walking distance, beach, great variety of restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Five minutes drive from the International Airport and 15 minutes from the historical Old San Juan. Easy access to the expressway so you can explore the rest of this wonderful island. Extras: 24 hours security, power plant in the building and battery back up for the apartment.
