Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

Enough parking in front of properties. Near recreational park, tennis and basketball court. Full bed, TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, single stove top, and Wi-Fi. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella provided. Ground floor.

The living room has a sofa, 65’ tv, working desk, sitting area looking at the beach, a/c unit, a round dining table with four chairs and two stools for a counter that is part of the full kitchen. Wifi/Internet in all the apartment and Cable TV at the living room and master room.
