This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

I designed and built this custom shipping container getaway for you to have a unique place to stay, relax and enjoy yourself in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. This is as close to nature as you can get (without having to go into it, lol). Nestled in a secluded spot minutes away from wineries, tons of outdoor activities and downtown Dahlonega, you'll have something to do for your entire stay! So come relax by the fire pit, in the hot tub, or somewhere on the 1000+ sq. ft. decks.

Situated on the Oconee River in the lovely River Bottom neighborhood, you'll enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of your own private custom-built cedar sauna, spacious marble shower, outdoor Jacuzzi, king bed & more. The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

MCM Tiny Home 10 Min to AT + Outdoor Soaking Tub

Wahsega is a unique midcentury modern Tiny Home located in the forest in the heart of North Georgia wine country. This luxurious cabin is designed with couples in mind and has everything you might possibly need for a weekend trip or even an extended stay in the North Georgia mountains. The home has about 450 feet of space with an additional 150 square feet in the loft which can be used as a sleeping area with an inflatable mattress.

We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.
