Couples Retreat Beachside Studio, King Bed

Take a walk on the beach in the morning, play in the sand all day, and then jump into the pool before dinner and relax on the balcony at sunset. Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

Outstanding condo with great amenities.

Nicely decorated and spacious condo on second floor. Queen bedroom has 42" flat tv and attached bath. 70" flat screen tv in living room with Max and Netflix. High speed 150mb WIFI internet with Cox Panoramic. Balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped property including a lovely pool, built in hot tub and gas grill. Clubhouse with fitness equipment and comfortable gathering area and large screen TV. Reserved off street parking. Excellent and very convenient location. Non-smoking premises.

Enjoy a view of the harbor side beach right from your bedroom window! Hit the beach, stroll the strand, walk the pier or swing by the harbor! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are close to many amenities such as Legoland, SD Animal Park, Wave Waterpark, beaches and much more. We are within walking distance to shopping and a few restaurants as well. Our community features a large swimming pool, spa, fire pits, BBQ areas, putting green, gym, community room with large screen TV and many walking trails that go through out the Shadowridge area.
