Relax in this calm 3 bedroom 3 bath, vacation space. BBQ, kayak, karaoke, relax on the furnished patio or upper balcony overlooking Lake Carlsbad . Enjoy scenic views, river front swimming, a large grassy picnic area, large Jacuzzi bathtub, 55” tv in the living room, access to both docks for fishing, board games, and centrally located to shopping or the quaint downtown. Every bedroom has TV. It’s a quick jaunt to river paths, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, water park, or beach area.

New air conditioning unit, remodeled bathrooms, partially renovated, with fresh indoor paint, carpet, & Led lighting. Living room, den, kitchen, gas stove, free Wi-Fi, central heat & air! We no longer accept pets! Guests have not been disclosing and paying the fees for them so we can no longer have them. If you have booked prior to 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Some neighbors don’t all take pride in their homes and yards.The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Please read rule

Private space in a quiet secluded neighborhood a few minutes north of Carlsbad. Enjoy all that Carlsbad has to offer, without having to stay right in town. 4ish miles (no traffic) to Main Street District, Yellow Brix patio and indoor dining, Nurvis Purvis Brewery (new) with The Carrot Top on property (great food!), Milton's Brewing with events, miniature golf, Christmas on the Pecos, Albertson's grocery store. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.
