The home is stocked with a Keurig, coffee, tea, seasonings, cookware, and kitchen utensils. Enjoy relaxing outside on the patio or fire up the the charcoal grill for a delightful BBQ. You will have 5 rooms, 1 master suite with its own full bathroom, and 4 standard bedrooms, one is a small gym that has a full size bed. You get the whole home except for the garage. You will have the home to yourself, and I do not enter the home during your stay. Also, my home does feature a soft water system which make's for a pleasant shower. Filtered water in fridge. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.
