Beautiful, peaceful, scenic cottage. Cozy and modern inside with a great enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Ample options for sitting outside, and lots of blankets and towels provided. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful through the stay.

This is the nicest Airbnb I've stayed at in years. Alain & Paola are one of the few remaining hosts that care about the small details and personalized touch. The place was super clean, and I'm someone with high standards. The personalized message, guestbook and coffee, tea etc. I was very happy I could being my dog as well! She loved the outdoor space to run around. I'd stay there again!

Kelly’s place felt like Grandma’s Cottage, in all of the best ways possible. It felt like a home away from home. Everything is well thought out, with touches of vintage decor and boardgames. It felt like a blast from my childhood and was really special watching my son play with toys I would have played with as a young kid. My whole family felt comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, bonfires and cute town of Wakefield. We would definitely recommend and would rent again! Thanks so much Kelly for your wonderful hospitality!

The host greeted us upon arrival and had the wood stove already fired up so that the cabin was very cozy for us. Beautiful scenery, easy water access and walking trails close by. A lovely rustic cabin getaway to recharge from the chaos of society with just the right amount of convenient amenities. Will stay again!!

This was my second time starting at Serenity Bay Resort, and it just keeps getting better! These hosts keep the grounds so well maintained, there's so much for the kids to do, and the hottubs at the cottages are just a perfect touch! Always nice and clean and tidy, with everything needed for your stay. We will definitely be booking another getaway here!

We stayed at Myers Cave Resort for 4 nights with our two kids and had a wonderful time! The cleanliness and comfort of our cottage exceeded our expectations. Our favourite part was that everyone had something to do. We also really enjoyed the canoes, kayaks, paddle boards and boats. Thanks Myers cave! We will be back!

The perfect place for a weekend get away. The photos dont do it justice. Quiet and peaceful to get away from the city life. The pool was amazing, and everything you could imagine needing was there. Very clean and comfortable. Wish I was there right now.

This home was beautiful with a view to die for. Looking out on the frozen bay, playing pond hockey out there and coming back in to get warm by the fireplace and place some games with the family. It was a peaceful space for our family to spend some much needed time together. It’s so close to the Sens rink and avoids the commute out of the city. Absolutely beautiful area and a truly unique house with a master sanctuary and space for the kids upstairs! Can’t wait visit in warmer weather and make use of that incredible terrace patio with pool and beach!

Such a special place. I was visiting my family for Thanksgiving and wanted to find a cottage that would accommodate a family of 5. By a stroke of luck I was able to book Kevin and Melissa’s place. (Due to a last minute cancellation). There was a full weekend of thanksgiving events. They went ALL out!! The trailer was so beautiful and comfortable. And the view from all the windows and deck are breathtaking. Wonderful place and wonderful people. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the Grand Chalet. The resort grounds were very well kept with great outdoor spaces for relaxing and playing. Lake view was outstanding and peaceful. Hot tub was a big plus!

This is our second time staying with Bri and Devin, and we absolutely loved it. Bri and Devin are friendly, responsive, proactive and thoughtful. And their cottage is a dream that you can call a home away from home!! We definitely plan to stay again in the future!

Janet is very attentive to details and her camp has everything you could need! The beautiful screened in porch was amazing to keep us out of the rain but could still enjoy the view! The camp was spotless and we had an amazing stay, thank you Janet! Would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy a getaway from home!

The house is outstanding. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Kitchen fully equipped. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The views are incredible. Hosts were very responsive plus gave us tips of places to eat and told us things that are going on in the area. Super friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again. Highly recommended! This was a fantastic cottage for a family gathering. The layout supports a mix of families with its generous arrangement of rooms and beds. The den with pool and foosball tables was extremely popular and the ping pong table in the gym/studio was also a hit. There were plenty of separate sitting areas so that different groups could find their own spaces - or gather all together. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for a winter stay. The cottage had one of the best kitchens I've seen for a large group - the double oven and two fridges made it easy to cook for all 16 of us and there were plenty of plates, utensils and cooking implements. It was extremely well stocked with all the basics including some cereal and coffee which were a huge hit with early risers. I can only imagine how wonderful this cottage would be in the summer as we had a great time here in the midst of winter and never ran out of things to do. Maria is an excellent host and extremely responsive.

I would come back here with friends and family for a getaway or special celebration any day! They know what you want to have fun and relax, and the set up makes it easy to slip right into vaycay mode - with a view to boot! But that sandy walk out to the river with the bright view from inside - beautiful. Thank you!
