It has been renovated and is ready to share its charm Only 15 minutes from Fredericton. The property is directly in front of a private lake AND has access to the St. John River. Located less than a mile from unorganized territory with excellent grouse, deer and moose hunting (WMD zone 6). Close to Conroy lake which offers brook trout fishing and now ice fishing. Guide service available upon request.

The Shack (@Echo lake)

The Shack is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom cottage on Echo Lake across from Aroostook State Park. It is private, quiet and peaceful with a screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee. It is 7 minutes from downtown Presque Isle. It sleeps 3 people with a queen size bed and a single twin size bed. It has a fully functioning kitchen, access to canoe, kayak, and paddle boat (upon request).
