Newly renovated Designer House, located in a smart city development area by a renowned Japanese property developer in the heart of Cikarang Industrial Estate with a strategic location, calm and safe environment. The fully-furnished 85 sqm 2-storey and 3-bedroom house is suitable for a family of 4 or 5 people. The amenities including : 2-cars carport, Living, Dining, Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, small backyard, storage room and balcony. We are looking for a long term tenant for minimum 1 week of stay.

Located in Sentul city, for a small family, this place is a perfect getaway weekend to relax. For people who have to work from home, let this place be it, with a fast wifi, a private room with a desk work, a spacious balcony and a sofa bed. You wil have another spacious balcony in your very own master bedroom. We also use google nest, a smart TV, smart lamps, an automatic door lock, 3 CCTVs to keep you safe. You will have your own house keeper (live separately), in case you need something.

We had wonderful time living at the house, and we think you'd love it too.
