Welcome to Beechwood Nature Stays! This 676 sqft waterfront Lake Cottage has a modern rustic interior that will make you feel comfortable & super cozy during your stay! Relax in your own private luxury hot tub attached to the large cottage deck. Experience the unique outdoor rainfall shower, explore the lake with provided kayaks, hike the private trail to a water cascade & finish the day unwinding under the stars while having a lakeside bonfire! A private outdoor patio facing the river, perfect for watching the sunrise over the water. Enjoy the kayaks or paddle boards each day with easy water access. A shared fifty foot dock reaches out into a shallow, kid-friendly depth of four feet of water. This is the warmest water on the Island for swimming. This space is the perfect place for a family or a couple to relax!

Welcome to Beaumont! Our spacious 2-bedroom, 1 full bathroom apartment is found in a quiet, desirable subdivision of Sydney River. Designed to be bright and airy with vintage touches, you will forget you are in a basement! Having all the amenities of home, our apartment is equipped with a complete kitchen, dining area, even a full washer and dryer. Our apartment is situated with easy highway access and is a short five-minute drive to downtown Sydney and a 45 minute drive to the Cabot Trail.

Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

A short walk down the hill takes you to your own private beach on the Mira River to swim in the day and enjoy a bon fire at night. The spacious deck has a large hot tub and chairs to enjoy the views. The property also has its own 1km hiking trail that circles the property.
