Hostal Heredia is a fantastic place to stay in Santigao de Cuba. Our room was well-maintained, with a working air con, delicious breakfast every morning, comfortable bed and a good shower. These can all be rarities in Cuba at the moment. The staff were great - friendly and considerate, and the meal we had on the terrace one evening was very good. The Hostal is a about a ten minute walk from the main square so very well located. At this moment, the most important thing about any place to stay in Santiago, is a generator, and fortunately Hostal Heredia has one, which meant that we had power for the majority of our stay. There was a mix-up at check-in, so it is worth checking in advance to make sure your room is avaiable, but that shouldn't deter from what is a brilliant Hostal at a resonable price. Communication with Raul was also fast and easy. Overall a super experience, and the best place I've staying in Santiago. We'll definitely be returning next time we're there.

Great stay in Santa Clara, Dinorah is the loveliest person! She makes the best breakfast in Santa Clara, must try the toastadas! Sad to say goodbye to her, she really is a sweetheart! If you ever find yourself in Santa Clara, stay at Hostal Casa Blanca with Dinorah- you will not regret it! She even helped us arrange a taxi to Trinidad.

Очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый хозяин, очень хорошо говорит по-английски. Большая квартира со своей кухней. Хороший район, тихо, спокойно. Из минусов: отсутствовал wifi, не знаю всегда ли или из-за проблем с электричеством по всей Кубе. (Но в описании wifi не был обещан, без претензий). Важный нюанс для путешественников - в квартире нет европейских розеток. У хозяина можно попросить переходник, но нужно иметь это в виду.

Casa Coral was the perfect escape for my husband and me. We spent one night here and had wonderful recommendations for food and beaches. We met friendly travelers and wished we had time to stay here longer.

Il miglior alloggio in cui sia stata a Cuba. la stanza è molto accogliente e pulita. Dentro l'hotel è rifinito e di stile. Mi sono sentita davvero bene e dopo tutti gli ostelli e case particular che ho passato, per me stare qui è stata come una coccola, ci. una qualità prezzo e posizione buonissima. La colazione corposa e il personale molto carino. Senza dubbio lo consiglio. La terrazza panoramica ti fa respirare proprio l'aria di vacanza e relax. Ottimo, complimenti Evelyn

Accueil très sympathique par les '' dames '' de la maison .excellente communication. Endroit sauvegardé au calme en cœur de ville .agréable patio , propreté impeccable . Très peu de coupures d'electricité sur Matanzas . Une denrée rare en ce moment sur Cuba , une exception pendant notre séjour mais tout à fait gérable. Quelques belles découvertes sur la ville dont la vielle pharmacie'' française '' .au plaisir . Béatrice et Renaud

I love this place! My 3rd time staying here and every time there are more upgrades. The Restaurant is wonderful, top tier. The staff is wonderful, so good to see a familiar face, they treat me so well. The place is 5 star for Cuba. Can’t wait to go back!

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, gli host sempre disponibili e accoglienti; la camera è ampia, pulita e confortevole. Il nostro soggiorno era di una sola notte, abbiamo deciso di fermarci un giorno in più perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se avete la fortuna di soggiornare in periodo di mango, l'albero della casa ne produce tantissimi, molto dolci e succosi.

This place was amazing. It’s very close to the beach, and you can walk to any restaurant or shop in the main Santa Teresa street. I totally recommend it!

Lola is just one of the greatest, kindest; you have to make a stop at her family's place when in Vinales - which is really worth the visit! Not just over night. Pure nature, some farms as hostals, mogotas, tobacco of course ... just beautiful, and Lola will only make it better with recommendations for lots of experiences the town offers. Even salsa! Thank you and to Osmay, Diego & Luka a hundred times! (will never forget the uefa final & that lunch!)

Es un buen lugar para hospedarse, tiene muy buena ubicación en el rodadero, cerca a la playa, bares, restaurantes, centro comercial y demás. Las personas que atienden son muy amables.

El anfitrion excelente. Siempre respondio inmediatamente aun cuando tuve problemas. Se mostraron siempre predispuestos. Toda la informacion fue aclarada de antemano. El acceso es sencillo si seguis las instrucciones. La habitación cumple, yo solo voy a dormir. La cocina impecable con todo completo y de calidad. Me parecio seguro y practico. Si volveria nuevamente en mi proximo viaje a Miami.

Arelis nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos para nuestros traslados y la instancia en la Habana, y las personas que atienden en la casa siempre estuvieron para ayudarnos y guiarnos. Súper recomendado este hospedaje y las personas que allí atienden, nos hicieron la estadía muy agradable y la Habana hermosa

My mother lives in the PR, but had a late flight from Aguadilla and didn’t have anyone to take her at the time, So I decided to book here at Medusa’s and Tammy checked my mom in and took her at midnight to the airport. She kept in touch with me the whole time, before and after. Tammy was AMAZING!!! I Don’t have enough space to write all the great things I want to say , but here are the most important: She is committed to help her guests and goes out of her way to make things happen. Had a positive attitude from the start ( when I was just inquiring and didn’t have a reservation yet). My mom felt safe and at home. And things went as smooth as we had discussed over the phone. Overall, we are extremely happy with the stay and services. We will definitely recommend Medusa’s to our family and friends, in and outside of Puerto Rico. And we wish Tammy the best of luck in the future. Thanks for everything!!!!

Séjour exceptionnel!! Endroit tres bien aménager et tellement beau. Toute était tres propre et tel que photo! La vraie vie au milieu de la nature dans une ferme auto suffisante!! Nous avons adorer l’expérience avec nos quatre enfants. Les repas (avec léger supplement$) étaient délicieux!! Rencontrer des gens incroyables dans un atmosphère incroyable. De plus, quand la nature se réveil le matin, s’est magnifique a entendre. Le ruisseau, le paresseux qui vie sur le terrain avec son petit bébé, et les dizaines de oiseaux différents wow!!! Nous nous sommes senti chez nous et complètement dépaysé en meme temps. Merci pour ce séjour, nous recommandons 100%

El lugar nos encanto, Joseph estuvo atento a cada detalle y nos dio recomendaciones de lugares que ir. El aparta-hotel estuvo expectacular y podriamos volver para pasar la noche.

Firstly, Marta was an amazing host! She was very friendly and had so many recommendations about things to do in Cartagena. She was particularly helpful with last-minute bookings. The hostal itself was also beautiful and very well-maintained, within walking distance of the Castillo de San Felipe. It looked exactly like the pictures, very bright and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

A melhor hospedagem durante minha viagem à Costa Rica. Ótimo ambiente. e super infraestrutura que me encantou. A hospedagem fica de frente a Praia Cocles. Vale super a pena ficar hospedado na Playa 506. Excelente custo benefício. Super recomendo.

Highly recommend. Amazing hostel and loved the beds. Very private and large. Appreciate the big storage boxes. I really enjoyed my stay there for 3 weeks and met really great people. It’s not a party hostel which I also liked as it was quiet at night and easy to sleep. The only thing which can’t really be helped due to location is the noise of the street as there are a lot of loud bikes and vehicles in Santa Teresa. Staff were helpful and nice and they shared events happening as well. Very clean and great set up for cooking as well. Thanks for an amazing stay!

La estadía estuvo perfecta, tenía todas comodidades y se puede ir caminando a cualquier parte ya que esta muy bien ubicado, me guardaron mi maleta en el check-out ya que mi vuelo salia muy tarde y asi pude salir a disfrutar el día tranquilamente, asi que muchas gracias. Un sólo consejo para los nuevos huéspedes, traten de traer o comprar tapones para los oidos porque a eso de las 7:00 aprox comienza haber mucho tráfico y las motos utilizan mucho las bocinas lo que dificulta dormir a esas horas, pero del resto está todo excelente y fueron muy amables y atentos.

Excelente host, con las indicaciones precisas y muy fácil de seguir. Me parece que a la habitación le hace falta unas mesas de noche.
