Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport and only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.
