The Tiny House is a separate guest quarters attached to the main house by only a breezeway. It has its own private entrance, covered lanai, and private yard. Everything you need for an amazing stay is included--- all cooking amenities, beach towels and chairs. The upper (primary level) includes a full service kitchen, two master bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. The lower living area is separate from the main living space, is handicap accessible (See Accessibility Notes) and has a private master bedroom and master bath. The house is perfect for couples or families.

We enjoy wonderful ocean views, and cool mountain mornings (a nice escape for hot and sunny downtown Kona (15 to 20 minutes away). We have trees everywhere and our place borders the state forest. Our house is a perfect place to make your base-camp and then head out each day for your adventures.
